Made-to-Order Princess Gowns
This guide applies only to Corset-Dress gowns explicitly identified as made to order by our manufacturing partner in Turkey. Other products may have different timelines and conditions.
Custom Size & Measurements
Custom sizing is available upon confirmation. Before production, we request and verify your bust, waist, hips, height, shoulder-to-floor measurement, desired dress length, preferred units (inches or centimeters), and event date. We may ask for additional measurements depending on the design. Please use a flexible measuring tape, follow our measurement instructions and check all details carefully. We will confirm your measurements and design before sending the order to production.
Colors & Fabrics
Select from the colors shown on the product page. The manufacturer also offers an extensive tulle color chart (136 shades), subject to model and fabric availability. Contact us to confirm a specific shade before placing your order. Screen colors may vary from actual fabrics.
Production & UPS Delivery
Estimated production time: approximately 45 days after all details and measurements are confirmed. Estimated UPS transit time after dispatch: 5–10 days. Total estimated time is approximately 50–55 days after confirmation, excluding possible customs, holidays and other delays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please order well ahead of your event.
Video Review Before Shipping
Our manufacturing partner provides a video of the finished gown before dispatch. We will share it with you for final visual review and ask for your approval before shipping. Please respond promptly to avoid delaying dispatch. Any proposed changes are subject to feasibility, cost and timing; video review does not guarantee free alterations.
Shipping and Lost Parcels
Orders are shipped via UPS when this service applies to the selected gown. We will provide tracking information when available. If a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with UPS and explain the available remedy. The supplier has described a remake-and-reship process following an accepted UPS loss claim; any customer remedy remains subject to the applicable store terms and consumer law.
Returns, Cancellations & Questions
Please review our published refund policy and contact us before ordering a customized gown to confirm the applicable cancellation, alteration and return terms.
